December ponderings

Monday, December 15th, 2008

I wondered what it would be like adding an image to my blog so here goes.  We are still in the early stages of MPOY up here in Cumbria.  A stage I like to call planning and pondering.  It’s a nice place to be.  Here’s a picture of another nice place to be, it’s a view from my favourite Barrow-in-Furness pub The Cross Keys.  Poets who have been guests at our Slam nights would probably recognise this view from Barrow’s finest Karioke bar :)   I’ll catch you all later.

Hey fabulous people

I’m happy to be here now I’ve got my techincal issues sorted :)   I’ve been enjoying reading about what’s been going on in the East Mids and in London so far.  I met with Emma recently and we planned her schedule for Liverpool and Cumbria.  It’s been freezing up here and I got my car stuck in snow all last week so I’m starting to worry about her days on the streets.  Hmmm she’ll be OK, if you see her walking around Liverpool getting cold give her a cuddle – hmm actually maybe not.   Well I’m eager to see if posting this will work so I’m going to get off and write more tomorrow.  Big love to you all.

Ann
